Our wood fired evaporator arch has been designed for maximum performance and is built to last.  Each unit comes with and integrated ash drawer/shovel to make ash removal easy even while burning.  This will allow you to maintain a more even burn with better control.   A rectangular to round stack pipe base is included.  All you need to add to the flue is your own 6" pipe.  

Each arch will come with a set of flat pans, 1 2'x43' main boiling pan, and 1 warming pan.  You can upgrade at the time of purchase if you would like a divided pan.

What you will still need:

-Ceramic blanket insulation for entire arch.  You must insulate the stainless steel panels on this arch before installing firebricks.  

-Firebrick and mortar--You will need approx. 45 firebricks and high temperature mortar to line the inside of the arch.  You will also need a way to cut the firebricks.
