Our wood fired evaporator arch has been designed for maximum performance and is built to last.  Each unit comes with an integrated ash drawer/shovel to make ash removal easy even while burning.  This will allow you to maintain a more even burn with better control.   A rectangular to round stack pipe base is included.  All you need to add to the flue is your own 6" pipe.  

The Deluxe arch comes with a 2'x3' 3-section divided flat pan, a 10"x24" warming pan and 2 ball valves.  A thermometer port and thermometer can also be added. 

What's included:

-Rail Gasket for pan

-Ceramic blanket insulation for the door

What you will still need:

-Optional Blower

-Ceramic blanket insulation to line the inside of the entire arch.  Fully insulating the arch is required to protect the stainless steel sides.  After the ceramic is installed the firebox area can then be bricked.  Please see the pictures.

-Firebrick and mortar--You will need approx. 45 firebricks and high temperature mortar to line the inside of the arch.  You will also need a way to cut the firebricks.
