Either 10"x24" or 12"x24" and your choice of 18 ga or 20 ga material.  Includes 1/2" ball valve.  

These have a 10"x24" or 12"x24" footprint and are about 7" tall for 18 ga pans and about 8" tall for 20 ga pans.  

If you are using this on a 3' long pan, we recommend the 10" pan.  If you are using this on a 4' long pan, we recommend the 12" pan.  

*****If you need tabs on the sides of the warming pan to keep it from falling down in your larger pan just let us know and we can add them.  If you do not request them we will ship it without them.  

***You will receive only the top pan in the picture.  The bottom pan is shown to demonstrate how the warming/feed pan could be used.
